The Company Multi Medical Services Srl grants to all customers maintenance and inspection during and after the warranty period. Our service team is always available to support the technical staff of the hospital by phone and to plan maintenance in order to preserve the perfect performance of supplied equipments.
Our staff has been trained directly from the manufactured MMM Münchener Medizin Mechanik GmbH and take part to refreshing course to be always updated on service procedure.
The spare parts stock by the manufactures includes more or less 20.000 pieces which are delivered in Germany and in whole Europe in a very short time to grant to all MMM partners the availability of original spare parts necessary for maintenance and inspection. Multi Medical Services Srl Company can grant within 5 days the availabilty of original spare parts to use in service contracts
CEE CERTIFICATION
Sterilizers are medical devices and thus are subject to the medical device directive (MDD).
The application of MDD serves the safety,
qualification and performance of products as well as the prescribed protection of patients, users and third parties.
Products that bear the CE label meet these
requirements and have passed a product related conformity test.
Steam sterilizers are assigned to class IIa,
documented by the CE label and the number of the notified body.
The notified body in charge of MMM is TÜV – Product Service
